Request filed by Arthouse Properties, LLC., property owner, for a variance from the requirement that all lots have street frontage. The purpose of the request is to divide the property in two and create a lot with frontage only on the alley. The property is located 220 feet East of the intersection of Washington Street and West Dunklin Street and is described as part of Inlots 906 and 907, City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri (Central M issouri Professional Services, Consultant). Case No. B21004 – 533 Aviation Drive; Variance from Flood Plain Regulations.
