RESOLUTION NO. 90 -2948
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY, APPOINTING A MEMBER OF SAID
COUNCIL OF SAID CITY TO THE RTD CITY SELEC-
TION COMMITTEE PURSUANT TO PART 3 OF DIVISION
10 OF THE PUBLIC UTILITIES CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the Southern California Rapid
Transit District Law, being Part 3 of Division 10 of the Public
Utilities Code, Thomas D. Breazeal, a member of said City Coun-
cil, is hereby appointed as a member of the RTD City .Selection
Committee with Cathe Wilson, a member of said City Council, as
alternate.
SECTION 2. That the within Resolution shall become operative
and the appointment made by Section 1 hereof shall be effective
as of April 17, 1990.
SECTION 3. That immediately after the effective date of the
appointment hereby made, the City Clerk shall, without delay,
forward a certified copy of the Resolution to the Secretary of
the Southern Califorinia Rapid Transit District.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution; shall cause the action of the City Council in
adopting the same to be entered in the official Minutes of said
City Council; and shall retain this Resolution, duly signed and
executed by the proper City officials, in the Official Records of
said City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of April, 1990.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, Resolution
No. 90 -2948 was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of April,
1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember- Froehle, Manning,McGowan,Wilson,Breazeal
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
