2. GBS Architects - Opening of Municipal Complex Construction bids.
The bid opening was coordinated by Mr. James Stergas from GBS
Architects. Bids were received and reviewed by the Commission.
Mr. Stergas was asked to review the bids and report back to the
Commission at a special meeting to be held at 3 P.M. on February
7, 1985.
3. Discussion of bulkhead /restoration ordinance.
4. Discussion of coastal construction setback ordinance.
Mr. Mayer presented both issues. After a brief discussion, both
items were referred to the Town Attorney for review and recommen-
dation.
5. Discussion of density regulations in "RM" multiple family re-
sidential zoning district.
Mr. Mayer referred the Commission to the report which was
prepared and reviewed by the Planning Board. He stated that the
Planning Board has recommended the approval of alternative "C"
on the report.
The Commission agreed with the recommendation and referred the
issue to the Town Attorney for preparation of the ordinance re-
vision and establishment of the necessary public hearings.
6. Report on Bond Issue Projects.
