2. GBS Architects - Review of bids for municipal complex construction.
Mr. James Stergas of GBS Architects presented the recommendations
and various cost factors_
There was considerable discussion which detailed many points of
the bids in terms of methods of reducing costs_
Mr. Stergas recommended that the Town issue an intent to award
notice to James Bushhouse and Associates based on their low bid.
Following a brief discussion, the Commission unanimously approved
Mr_ Stergas' recommendation upon a motion by Mr. Armour and
second by Mr. Hunter.
3. There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at
5:30 P.M. ,
