Request filed by City Staff for the consideration of Activate Jefferson City 2040, an update of the 1996 Jefferson City Comprehensive Plan. Activate Jefferson City 2040 outlines goals and recommendations to strengthen quality of life within Jefferson City and update the Future Land Use Map. Copies of the plan are available on the City of Jefferson/Planning and Zoning Commission webpage and are on file at the Department of Planning and Protective Services and available for viewing during regular business hours. 7. Other New Business Case No. P21007 – Schotthill Woods Subdivision Section Five, Final Subdivision Plat. Request filed by Schotthill Woods Corporation, property owner, for a Final Subdivision Plat of 7.01 acres consisting of 1 lot. The property is zoned PUD Planned Unit Development and is located on the north side of Schotthill Woods Drive 1400 feet east of Eastland Drive and is described as part of the Northwest Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, and part of Lot 62 of Schotthill Woods Subdivision, Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri (Central Missouri Professional Services, Consultant).
