RESOLUTION NO. 90 -2954
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY ORDERING AN ENGINEER'S REPORT
FOR THE 1990 -91 ANNUAL ASSESSMENT LEVY FOR
THE CITY -WIDE LIGHTING DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City has formed a City -Wide
Lighting District pursuant to the requirements of Article 4,
Chapter 1 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Cali-
fornia, the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972; and
WHEREAS, the Landscape and Lighting Act of 1972 requires an
annual Engineer's Report;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Dwight F. French is hereby appointed to pre-
pare a report pursuant to Article 4, Chapter 1, Division 15 of
the California Streets and Highways Code for the maintenance of
street lights within said City -Wide District.
SECTION 2. Said report to be titled: "Engineer's Report
for the City -Wide Lighting District 1990 -91 Fiscal Year Levy ".
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of May, 1990.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, Resolution
No. 90 -2954 was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 1st day of May, 1990
by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember- Froehle, Manning,McGowan,Wilson,Breazeal
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
