RESOLUTION NO. 90 -2958
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY ESTABLISHING FEES PURSUANT TO
SECTION 3600 OF THE TEMPLE CITY MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO ANIMAL LICENSE AND IMPOUND
FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 3600 of the Temple City
Municipal Code, the following fees are established.
A. License Fees: $10.00 for neutered pets
$20.00 for unneutered pets;
B. A delinquent license penalty of 50 %;
C. Impound redemption fees as follows:
1. 1st offense: $15.00
2. 2nd offense: 20.00
3. 3rd offense: 25.00
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 15TH DAY OF MAY, 1990
I, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, Resolution
No. 90 -2957 was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 15th day of May,
1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember- Froehle, Manning,McGowan,Wilson,Breazeal
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember -None
