A. Proposed Amendment #1 of 2022-2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) – JEFFTRAN
Action Requested: Review, discussion, and approval.
Staff Report: The amendment includes the addition of the following three JEFFTRAN projects: Replacement of
two low-floor buses – 2022-24; Replacement of bus barn floor scrubber – 2022-25; Repair of bus barn roof –
2022-26. The total for all projects is $343,000. FTA 5339 (Bus and Bus Facilities) grant funds will be utilized to
cover 80% of cost.
B. Illustrative List Review and Modification
Action Requested: Review, discussion, and approval.
Staff Report: The Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) includes an Illustrative List of project priorities, which
includes Highway/Bridge projects and Multi-modal/Pedestrian projects. Staff are requesting a review of the
Multimodal/Pedestrian project portion of the Illustrative list and approval of the addition of two airport projects to
the list. If approved, this would stand as an “Administrative Modification” to the MTP.
C. MoDOT Unfunded Needs Request - Multimodal
Action Requested: Review, discussion, and approval.
Staff Report: MoDOT has requested planning partners to submit a prioritized list of 10 multimodal projects for
possible inclusion in a statewide unfunded needs list. Staff are presenting a proposed list of multimodal needs for
discussion and approval for submittal to MoDOT.
D. MoDOT Unfunded Needs Request - Tier 3
Action Requested: Review, discussion, and approval.
Staff Report: MoDOT has requested planning partners to submit a list of 5 Road and Bridge projects for possible
addition to the statewide unfunded needs list (as “Tier 3” within the Unfunded Needs). Staff are presenting a
proposed list of projects for discussion and approval for submittal to MoDOT.
