CITY COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, JULY 6, 2021
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Carrie Tergin called the July 6, 2021 City Council “Pre-Meeting” to order at 5:45
P.M. to review the agenda.
ATTENDANCE
The following Councilmembers were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Fitzwater, Hensley*, Kemna, Lester, Schreiber, Spencer, Spicer,
Vogt, and Ward
Absent: Wiseman
A quorum was present. *Councilmember Hensley attended via WebEx.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Councilmember Schreiber will lead the prayer.
Presentations from Staff, Consultants & Invited Guests
- Dr. John Mosely, Interim President of Lincoln University and the University’s
Leadership Team will be in attendance for introductions and an update.
Bills Introduced
- City Staff presented their respective introduced bills.
Councilmember Wiseman arrived at the meeting at 5:49 P.M.
Bills Pending
- City Staff presented their respective pending bills.
Resolutions
- City Staff presented their resolution.
