SPECIAL ADVERTISED MEETING OF THE TOWN COMMISSION
AND CIVIC ASSOCIATION
MARCH 13, 1986
PRESENT:
William F. Koch, Mayor
Joel Hunter, Vice Mayor
Alan Armour, Commissioner
Brian Pfeifler, Commissioner
Robert J. Dixson, Commissioner
Mr. W. F. Souder, President of the Civic Association
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Koch at 10 A.M.
Mayor Koch explained that this special meeting was called by
the Town Commission and the Civic Association on one item only.
The Rusten Report. This is an in depth study of the Town's
police department, he then turned the meeting over to Mr. Alan
Rusten.
Mr. Rusten gave a complete summary of the report, answering
questions from the commission and audiance. This report is a
part of the minutes.
Meeting adjourned 11:10 A.M.
