RESOLUTION NO. 90 -2974
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING AN AMENDED AGREEMENT
FOR SERVICES
WHEREAS, the Temple City Community Redevelopment Agency
( "Agency ") has considered and approved a budget for the operation
of the Agency which includes compensation to the City of Temple
City ( "City ") for services and facilities provided to the Agency
by the City; and
WHEREAS, the Agency entered into a formal contractual rela-
tionship to establish the obligations of the Agency to the City;
and
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to amend said agreement in the
entirety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Amended Agreement for Access to the Services
and Facilities of the City of Temple City is hereby approved and
the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute such Agreement on
behalf of the City.
that:
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby finds and determines
A. all of the services and facilities described in the
Amended Agreement are directly related to redevelopment
activity as described in Sections 33020 and 33021 of the
Health & Safety Code; and
B. such services and facilities primarily benefit the
redevelopment project described in said Amended Agree-
ment.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and the
same shall thereupon take effect and be in force.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of June, 1990.
