AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
FY2021 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY APPROPRIATING
ADDITIONAL FUNDS WITHIN THE WASTEWATER FUND.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby a budget amendment within the Wastewater Fund in
the amount of $44,000.00 as indicated in Exhibit A, attached hereto, allowing the
Wastewater Fund to utilize insurance proceeds from the prior hail damage claim to pay
for related claim expenses.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
