RESOLUTION NO. 90 -2982
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DESIGNATING A SURVEY
AREA FOR REDEVELOPMENT STUDY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Temple City
desires that the area of the City of Temple City hereinafter
designated be studied to determine if redevelopment within the
area is feasible; and
WHEREAS, California Health and Safety Code Section 33310
provides that a survey area may be designated by resolution of
the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby designates as a survey
area that area shown and described on the map attached hereto
and incorporated herein as exhibit A.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby finds that the desig-
nated survey area requires study to determine if a redevelop-
ment project within said area is feasible.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City
shall certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution
and the same shall thereupon take effect and be in force.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 17TH DAY OF JULY, 1990.
