RESOLUTION NO. 90 -2983
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY APPROVING A THREE -YEAR COOP-
ERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION.
WHEREAS, the City of Temple City has participated in the
Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program for several
years and has benefited from this participation; and
WHEREAS, the City anticipates projects which could be par-
tially funded by CDBG funds; and
WHEREAS, participation in the Community Development Block
Grant Program assists in addressing the needs of the residents of
the community and assists in upgrading the overall quality of
life.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby approves continuing
participation in the Los Angeles Urban County Community Develop-
ment Block Grant (CDBG) Program from July 1,1990 through June 30,
1994.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Temple City shall
certify to the passage and adoption of this resolution and the
same shall thereupon take effect and be in force.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 31st day of July, 1990.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution, Resolution
No. 90 -2983 was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Temple City at a regular meeting held on the 31st day of July,
1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember- Manning, McGowan, Wilson, Breazeal
NOES: Councilmember -None
ABSENT: Councilmember - Froehle
