Home My Public Portal Aboutr 05:193 ¿t\££ úluttL111 ú£ t4£~úrúJxg4 úf (Ûttr±£r£11 ~ + W + No 05-193 II Date of Adoption 11m" 2, ?OOS RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT FOR McGUIRE ASSOCIATES WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret is in need of professional appraisal services to prepare appraisals of various parcels to be acquired by the Borough as part of a revitalization project; and WHEREAS, McGuire Associates possess the requisite skill and expertise for said services; and WHEREAS, McGuire Associates has submitted a proposal to provide said appraisal services at a maximum cost not to exceed $2700.00; and WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have reviewed said proposal; WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are or will be available for said purpose. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough ofCarteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, as follows: I. That the proposal trom McGuire Associates to provide specialized appraisal services with regard to various parcels to be acquired by the Borough at a total cost not to exceed $2700.00 is hereby approved. 2. That this action is approved as an award of a professional services contract. 4. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's Purchasing Department and McGuire Associates Adopted this 2nd day of June, 2005 and certified as a true copy of the original on June 3, 2005.
