Koch Robert J. Dixson Brian Pfeifler James E. Cross e.MMMM Alan I. Armour Mayor Commissioner Commissioner Commissioner Vice -Mayor Also present: William Gwynn Town Manager Barbara a+ynn Town Clerk William Mayor Chairman, Planning & Zoning Board Louis Sessa Code Enforcement Officer James A. Butkus Engineer Earl Harvel Mayor Koch reviewed the problem and possible solutions of same. Mr. Butkus presented a professional engineering opinion and answered questions. After public participation and interaction with the Commission the Commission, on motion duly made and seconded, gave permission to the owner of the Scott property (Lot 16- Gulfstream Road) to put holes in the retaining wall on his property.
