RESOLUTION NO. 90 -3000
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING THE METHOD OF
FACSIMILE SIGNATURE FOR THE DRAWING OF WAR-
RANTS AND CHECKS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City does
hereby authorize the City Treasurer to utilize Facsimile Signa-
tures for the following personnel pursuant to Section 37203 of

Section 2. These signatures are hereby approved for the
drawing of warrants and checks.
Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution.
