I. Call to order— 7:00 p.m.
A. Commissioners present — Galen Bruer (Chair) Brad Kvanbek
(Secretary), Gerry Dykhoff and Robin Reid.
B. Also present — Chad Adams.
II. Additions to agenda. — None
III. Approval of last meeting's minutes. — Approved
IV. Business
A. Park updates — None
B. Park dedication fees and CSAH (County State Aid Highway) 101 trail -
1. Chad presented map of 101 trail and fund for this trail.
a) Reviewed costs of each section of trail.
C. Park Capital Improvement Plan —
1. Discussed simplifying a plan to focus on the inventory of park
equipment and the immediate work needed. History of park is a less
important item.
D. Park use policy —
1. Someone, likely a city employee, needs to field requests for park
reservations and other park business.
2. Discussed ordinances.
a) Permits are required for 50 or more people or if alcohol is
present.
b) Signs may be a good idea to indicate what is and is not allowed.
