Dear Mrs. Gwynn:
Reference is made to our telephone conversation of last week con-
cerning reported trespassing on FIND -owned property designated as
MSA 641, immediately west of the outdoor theater and south of
Place Au Soleil, within the limits of the Town of Gulfstream.
No one has permission from this District to park or drive
automobiles and /or trucks on MSA 641; therefore, any vehicles
found parked thereon at any time are trespassing.
Request assistance of the Town of Gulf Stream in preventing
trespassing on MSA 641. No objection would be raised if the Town
were to create an earthen barrier at the westerly property line of
MSA 641.

This letter is to request a variance of the Bide yard not back,
so a■ to construct a new caress between the two existing
structures. Thin is indicated by the attached architectual plans
submitted by hr. Terrance Lee.
Please be advised that this request is due in part to an elderly
parent residing. for extended periods of time, in our quest
house. It would benefit thin parent if we were able to connect
the quest house and the main house together, so that she would
have an undercover walkway to the main house, and her car would
be close to her quarters.
Another factor is that over the years the property line has been
modified to follow the fence lines. This was also agreed to when
our neighbors to the north, established their new fence last
Year.
Sincerely.

the Association has received, either directly or
complaints concerning the erection, display and
throughout the community. This condition, by
be observed along AIA as well as most other streets
While the present Zoning Ordinance, Section 10 (sub- section C) prohibits
"the erection, display and maintenance of a sign on any property or
building" it nevertheless contains several permissive exceptions which
allow and perhaps encourages present conditions to develop and exist.
The exceptions are contained in sub - section C (2 and 3, a and b) and
related provisions, set forth at the end of sub - section C.
To achieve better and more effective control thus eliminating the
conditions which form the basis of public complaint appropriate revision
of said Section will be required. The Association urges the Commission
to take appropriate action. It should be observed that when and if such
action is taken that the revised ordinance will be effectively enforced.
The Association will be most grateful to the Commission for its
affirmative consideration of this request.
Respectfully,
. vol'

Dear Barbara:
I have heard from my new neighbor, Mr. Henry Wright, that the
Town of Gulf Stream is contemplating the installation of sanitary
sewers so that the continuation or installation of septic systems
would be eliminated. I am most anxious to be able to have the sewers
over the septic system even though the installation of our septic
system will be put in before the completion of the new sewers.
Sincerely,
Robert P. Natapow

Dear Chief Greer:
Pull 0I I IC'll BOX 2705

(305) 820 -2460
I write to inform you on the superb performance of one of your
officers, namely William Henry.
As the prosecutpr of the above referenced case it was an honor and
pleasure to work with such a professional and courteous individual.
From the commission of this criminal act up until the testimony and
verdict of guilty in this case, Officer Henry's actions and assistance
were of the highest caliber. Even the opposing attorney credited
Officer Henry, noting that from his experience your officer's methods
and attitude eclipsed those of any individual from such agencies as the
FBI and the DEA.
In all my cases of prosecution, I have never had a single officer
put as much time, energy and concern as officer Henry did in this
case. His concientiousness and integrity went far beyond what any
other officer has done for one of my prosecutions in the past, and
consequently I felt impelled to not only communicate this to yourself,
but also to_ congratulate you on such a fine department.
Thanks to Officer Henryls efforts our office was able to clearly
prove the case beyond any reasonable doubt.
Hy sincerest appreciation to your department and to Officer William
Henry.
Very truly yours,
i
