AN ORDINANCE AMENDING `SECTION 1-804 OF THE VILLAGE OF McCALL
CODE OF 1949 , AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 164 PASSED AND APPROVED
THE DAY OF MAY, 1951; PROVIDING FOR AN ADJUSTMENT OF THE
SALARY OF THE CHIEF OF POLICE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF McCALL, IDAHO :
Section 1. That Section 1-804 of the Village of McCall Code
of 1949, as amended by Ordinance No . 164 passed
and approved the 7�`1 day of May, 1951, be, and
the same is hereby amended to read as follows,
to-iwt :
"1-804 Chief of Police-Salary
The Chief of Police as such chief of Police
and ex-officio license and tax collector shall be
paid the sum of 2.So per month beginning
May 1, 1952.
Passed and approved this 5th day of May, 1952.
