Monday evening, October 16, 1967 at 8:10 P. M.
Robert Roehl - Chairmen
Tom Stevens, Gerald Dykhoff, Walter Kohnen, Anne Dorweiler,
Everett Thies and Robert Roehl present.
The minutes of the meeting of September 18, 1967 read. Moved byEverett
Thies that the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Walter Kohnen
Motion carried.
Gilbert Pettit appeared wth regard to remodeling the "Superette" so as to
live in it. Moved by Everett Thies to recommend to the Council to allow
the Pettits to use their "Superette" for a maximum of three years as living
quarters, this permit not transferRble to any new owners, and the outside
should not be materially altered, other than changing a door or window.
Seconded by Anne Dorweiler.
Motion carried.
Louis Haas appeared with regard to some property he has sold. There was
nothing .for the Commission to take action on.
A report by Anne Dorweiler as chairman of the Road Naming Committee, going
over names they have picked. The meandering roads are called Trails, the
notch and south roads are called Drives and the east and west roads are
called Roads. Moved by Tom Stevens that the Street Naming Committee turn
over to the Planning Commission the map showing the names and recormendations
and the Planning Commission then present it to the Council for their_ in-
spection and approval.
Seconded by Everett Tedies.
Motion carried. Anne Dorweiler will present it at the
November 8th Council meeting.
Moved by Gerald Dykhoff that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Anne Dorweiler.
Motion carried.
