EXCERPT FROM THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE WlNTERP ARK WEST WATER AND SAN1T ATION DISTRICT HELD ON MARCH
20,2001.
At a meeting of the Board of Directors of Winter Park W est Water and Sanitation Di'itrict
held on March 20. 2001, the following motion was made and unanimously approved by the
Board of Directors of the District.
The Board of Directors or the Winter Park West Water and Sanitation District approved
in principle subject to a written agreement the memorandum dated MlU'Ch 14,2001 prepared by
Nick Teverbaugh,(copy attached). The Boald recognizes that more items need to be addressed,
but felt that with the urgency of upcoming deadlines, that this approval should be given in
furtherance of consolidation of sewer treatment.
