CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. ~.!tL
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AND PROVIDING FOR THE SALARY OF THE
CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS, AND REPEALING
ORDINANCES NUt-'lBER 112, 116, 127, 143, 160, 171, 199, 218, 237,
AND ALL OTHER CONFLICTING ORDINANCES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE,
KANSAS:
SECTION 1. SALARY ESTABLI ~3HED:
There is hereby established and provided a salary of
$30,680.00 per year for the City Clerk of the City of Bel Aire,
Kansas, effeotive January 1, 1995.
SECTION 2. REPEAL:
Ordinances Number 112, 116, 127, 143, 160 171, 199, 218, and 2:37
are hereby repealed. All other ordinances or parts of other
ordinances in oonfliot herewith are repealed. However, any
section of an existing Ordinanoe not in oonflict herewith is not
repealed and remains in full foroe and effect.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE:
This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after'
its publication in the Official City Newspaper'.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Bel Aire.
