WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel called for an examination
for the position of
FIREFIGHTER
in the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has served a Certification
of Eligibles for Appointment, dated 6/14/05 for said position; and
WHEREAS, the New Jersey Department of Personnel has certified that
JASON LOMBARDI
is eligible for appointment to the position of
FIREFIGHTER
in the Borough ofCarteret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that
JASON LOMBARDI
be and is hereby appointed to the position of
FIREFIGHTER
of the Borough ofCarteret from the Certification List dated
6/14/05
as provided by law, effective
7/1/05

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be sent forthwith
to the New Jersey Department of Personnel, CAMPS Forms, PO Box 354,
