SUMMARY STATEMENT:
At the January 13 meeting City Council continued this
topic to the January 27 meeting at the applicant’s request.
The attached Development Agreement includes the changes discussed at the December 9 meeting with one exception. Rather than
submit elevations of the proposed new building at this time, the Development Agreement requires that the elevations be submitted and reviewed by Council prior to construction of any
new buildings.
The applicant is concerned that elevations submitted today may not reflect the final design of additional buildings that may not even be constructed. The initial use
of the property will be entirely within the existing Medley’s building or an expansion of the existing building.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
The City P&Z Commission recommends that the City
Council adopt the Findings and Conclusions of the Commission and DENY this application.
