SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Spring Mountain Ranch has requested a segregation of the assessments
for LID #3 to allow the platting of Phase IV.
The segregation has been reviewed by Toothman-Orton Engineering Company and Dave Bieter and meets the Code requirements.
Mr. Bieter has
prepared the attached Ordinance implementing the segregation.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Waive the required three readings and adopt the Ordinance as proposed.
