1. CALL TO ORDER
2. ROLL CALL: Committee Members: Lisa Wallace, Robert Mescher, Carl Jefferies, Allison
Pedley, and Jeff Brown.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
4. PUBLIC COMMENT - This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the Committee
on items which are not on this agenda. Please state your name for the record. Comments are limited
to three minutes. Written comments should be submitted to the Town Clerk 24 hours prior to the
meeting to allow for distribution. Under state law the Committee cannot take action on an item not on
the agenda. The Committee may choose to acknowledge the comment or, where appropriate, briefly
answer a question, refer the matter to staff, or set the item for discussion at a future meeting.
5. DISCUSSION ITEMS
5.1 Measure V Expenditures for 2010/2011 Fiscal Year.
Recommended Action: Review Measure V funds for Fiscal Year 2010/2011; request
additional information as necessary; and make a determination.that the use of Measure
funds in the Fiscal Year 2010/2011 are consistent with the provisions of Measure V.
6. ADJOURNMENT
To the regular meeting of the Measure V Oversight Committee (to be determined at this
meting) Town Hall, 10183 Truckee Airport Road, Truckee, CA.
