SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Lakeport Corporation has requested
a segregation of assessment #17 for LID #4. Attached is the ordinance for review. Dave Bieter has reviewed all of the attachments to the ordinance.
The segregation has been reviewed
by Toothman-Orton Engineering Company and meets the Code requirements.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Waive the required three readings and adopt the Ordinance proposed.
