Staff Report: Staff proposes procurement of consulting services to expand the current plan into a more comprehensive Active Transportation Plan. This is a two -part request: • Approval of a draft scope of services to be used for procurement of consulting services. • Approval of an amendment to the FY2022 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP). 8.
