1. CALL TO ORDER — Mayor deRyk Jones called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Council Members; Brown, Wallace Dee, Anderson, Vice Mayor Green,
and Mayor deRyk Jones.
Staff Present: Kim Szczurek, Administrative Services Director; Dennis Crabb, Town
Attorney; and Tony Lashbrook, Town Manager.
3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE —deferred.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT— none.
5. CLOSED SESSION
5.1 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT — Position Town Attorney, Government Code
Section 54957 (e).
Action Taken: A Council subcommittee of Council Member Brown and Council Member
Wallace Dee will interview the perspective Town Attorney Candidate and present a
report to Council with a possible contract.
6. ADJOURNMENT
To the regular meeting of the Truckee Town Council July 10, 2012 6:00 p.m. at Town
Hall, 10183 Truckee Airport Road, Truckee, CA.
