i am writing to express my concerns regarding the proposed Canyon
Springs development. They are as follows:
1. What happens to Glenshir Dr., Somerset, Regency, Courtenay,
Edinburgh and the other streets impacted? since they are not wide
enough to support a large influx of traffic will they be widened?
2. What happens to the wildlife in the area. Will adequate coridors
be put in place to protect the very things that caused most of us to
buy in this area to begin with.
3. why can't existing developments be required to be built out before
adding new housing in the existing terrible housing market
4. will the land be scarred by sewers lines and roads to lots that
may not be built on for years to come.
5. who wil have access to the key if

Truckee area if all they are gong to see is the same urban sprawl they
have at home?
