Don't wait for a fatal accident to occur to determine that a "mitigation measure" should have been implemented. 3) The costs of the traffic and safety studies regarding these intersections, and any corresponding mitigation expenses, should be borne upon the Canyon Springs developer, and not the taxpayer (or via the Town) and be completed prior to project work commencing. Thank you. Mike Starrett, Olympic Heights resident 11477 E. Ridge Road Truckee CA 96161 P.O. Box 9047 Truckee CA 96162 775 - 742 -0409
