Town of Truckee
As a resident of Glenshire I'd like to address some concerns with the EIR for the Canyon Springs Development:
* I have been informed that it is in the flight path of the Truckee Airport.
* What effect snow has on travel on Glenshire Rd
* DEIR assumes Railyard project will construct a new DPR/Glenshire intersection road improvement to be completed
when timeline of project construction for the Railyard is unknown. There is no credible basis for assuming this new
intersection.
* What effect it will have on wildlife, specifically deer migration
* What effect drainage etc will have on Glenshire Pand
* What effect it will have on Edinburgh Dr and Regency Cir, which are not built to handle the increased traffic it would
generate
* What effect it would have on existing home prices
* The fact that there are plenty of unsold development properties available throughout the town of Truckee.
