Dear Miss Endres: I am writing in reference to the proposed Tahoe Donner Association proposed Event
Center Expansion proposal.
I have a home on the Lake five units down from the existing Center. There already exists significant road
congestion, parking problems, and ongoing noise and disturbance. During the summer we are constantly
disturbed with being held up by traffic, sudden backing out of vehicles, obnoxious people, and general
unpleasantness.
On crowded days we have had members leaving their unattended cars in our parking area. They even
ignore No Parking signs that we have had to post.
I would beseech you to give careful consideration to the Proposal put before you by the Association. I
know they will remove more trees, contribute to Lake contamination, and make life more unpleasant for
all of us that have homes in the area. We have had our home since 1969 and noticed our peace and quiet
continue to degenerate since the inception of the Tahoe Donner Association Beach facility.
