Subject: Tahoe Donner Marina Deck Expansion and Landscaping Plans
Dear Town of Truckee Planning Commissioners:
I am writing to recommend that you deny the permit for Tahoe Donner to expand the deck area and re‐landscape
sections of the Tahoe Donner Marina. The biggest problem at the Tahoe Donner Marina is lack of parking. These
projects are designed to improve and increase the dining capacity at the Marina facility. This will increase the number of
people coming to the Marina and exacerbate the already overcrowded parking situation. Until Tahoe Donner, together
with the Town of Truckee, comes up with additional parking I would recommend that this project be denied.
