Dear Ms Endres,
I am a Tahoe Donner homeowner and I am writing to oppose the expansion plans at the Tahoe Donner Marina
on Donner Lake. I am opposed the commercialization of the property and the plans to hold weddings and other events at
the facility. We do not need to expand the picnic area and take out important mature pines. The site is already
crowded. Taking out the lower lawn will only make traffic and congestion worse. There are lot’s of other lawn areas that
can serve picnic area needs that are available in Tahoe Donner. The parking situation is already very crowded on Summer
weekends. Expanding the deck area to host more people will only make the parking and related traffic problems worse.
