SUMMARY STATEMENT:
After
talking with Idaho Fish and Game and Trout Unlimited, both organizations are in agreement to allow fishing on the above days. Fishing would not be allowed from May 11 – Sept. 19 when
the fish pens are being used. This would give kids one more place to fish and is located close to town. Bob Peckham will also give a presentation on the 1999 Fish Pen results.
RECOMMENDED
ACTION:
Approve this change to the ordinance.
