Hello,
I am writing to strongly protest the Marina project for all the very sound reasons that have been already eloquently
expressed. A party/event center is unnecessary and has the potential for negative impact on the surrounding
neighborhoods. Removal of perfectly healthy native trees, apparently to be replaced by Japanese Maples (??????), has
no value. I have been a TD resident for 24 years, but recently been dismayed by the Association's inclination to push
through projects that have not been adequately vetted with the membership.
Follow your instincts….this project should not happen at all.
