Subject: Letter of support for the "Tahoe Donner Association Marina Facility Improvement Project"
Jenna: We have been property owners in Tahoe Donner for almost 20 years. We currently own a home and separate
land on Skislope Way. We also have successfully encouraged many friends and family members to buy in the Truckee
and Tahoe Donner areas.
I am sending you this note to support the "Marina Facility Improvement Project."
Our primary home is in the Bay Area. Many people we come across in the Bay Area are now considering buying second
homes in in the Tahoe area ‐‐ but, not necessarily Truckee. If we want to maintain our home and property values, I
strongly recommend we invest in our community and amenities.
Tahoe Donner is an important asset in the Truckee portfolio. If we don't continue to improve it, it will unfortunately lose
value for the homeowners and city.
Equally important to maintaining our property values, by investing in and improving our amenities, we'll be improving
the quality life for our residents and families.
