Subject: Proposed Improvements at the Beach Club Marina
Jenna,
I cannot make the Planning Commission Hearing so I approve the proposed
improvements at the Beach Club Marina which are designed to accommodate
disability access and better use of space for homeowners and their guests.
I agree with the three components of the Beach Club Marina improvements as
follows;
Improved boathouse terrace with perimeter bench seating and glass
windscreen.
Improved accessibility to upper lawn picnic area from both sides,
requiring thinning of (6) trees and removal of (6) hazard trees.
Stabilization of steep slopes above beach areas to minimize erosion and
maximize visitor safety.
