To whom it may concern,
My family moved full time to TD last year from Santa Cruz. We searched for years trying to find the perfect area that
offered the right mix of amenities, scenery, good people and beautiful surroundings. We chose TD to live full time and
raise our new born daughter Ella.
After settling down, getting to know the locals and having ample time to hear the pitch for the Equestrian/Cross Country
and the Marina improvements, we couldn't disagree with the TD Board/GM more!
We feel that the capital improvements will benefit tourists, increasing revenues for TD, however also increasing traffic,
impacting parking and over crowding both venues with weddings and other events the improvements will obviously
attract.
The attendees at the Board meetings are a very small minority of TD property owners. This not only is offensive to every
part time resident I've talked with, but it does not represent the TD property owners fairly. You are manipulating your
position to benefit the budget, without considering what the "true majority" wants or needs. Unfortunately, we are out
of town for the weekend and cannot attend the meeting on Saturday. I hope this issue will be discussed and a
resolution sought to ensure ALL TD property owners have their say.
