1. CALL TO ORDER
1. ROLL CALL: Board Members: Rick Fitzgerald, Bruce Cornell, Peter Gerdin,
Philip Schacht, Craig Krauss, Jamie Brimer, and Patrick Flora.

4. PUBLIC COMMENT - This is an opportunity for members of the public to address the
Council on items which are not on this agenda. Please state your name for the record.
Comments are limited to three minutes. Written comments should be submitted to the
Town Clerk 24 hours prior to the meeting to allow for distribution. Under state law the
Council cannot take action on an item not on the agenda. The Council may choose to
acknowledge the comment or, where appropriate, briefly answer a question, refer the
matter to staff, or set the item for discussion at a future meeting.

5.1 Budget and staffing – discussion.

6.1 New California Code adoption.
6.2 Municipal Code changes.
6.3 Discuss frequency of meetings (annually, semi-annually, quarterly, etc…?)

Any writings or documents provided to a majority of the Appeals Baord regarding any item on this agenda
will be made available for public inspection in the foyer in front of Council Chambers located at 10183
Truckee Airport Road, Truckee, CA, during normal business hours.
