A.RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OVERSIGHT
BOARD APPROVING THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY ACTION TO APPROVE CONTRACTS
FOR SERVICE WITH JNA CONSULTING, JOANNE ANDERS, ORRICK HERRINGTON AND
BEST, BEST AND KRIEGERLLC
WHEREAS, in order to carry out the required wind down of the former Town of Truckee
Redevelopment Agency the Successor Agency requires professional assistance; and
WHEREAS, atYhe September 10, 2013Successor Agency meeting the Successor Agency
took action to authorize entering into contracts for service as follows:
1. JNA Consulting for a not to exceed amount of$20,000.
2. JoAnn Anders for a not to exceed amount of$40,000.
3. Orrick Herrington for a not to exceed amount of$20,000.
4. Best, Best and Kreiger for a not to exceed amount of$20,000.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE TRUCKEE SUCCESSOR AGENCY
OVERSIGHT BOARD hereby approves the Successor Agencyaction to approve the contrects for
service with JNA Consulting, JoAnne Anders, Orrick Herrington and Best, Best and Krieger. .
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Board Member Eagan, seconded by
Board Member Lashbrook ata Regular Meeting of theTruckee Redevelopment Successor
Agency Oversight Board, held on the 79`" Day of September 2013, and adopted by the
following vote:
AYES: Board Members: Lashbrook, Ferrari, Rivera,VanGundy,Vice Chair Eagan
and Chair Jones.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Board Member Anderson.
