A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OVERSIGHT
BOARD APPROVING THE SUCCESOR AGENCY ACTION TO AUTHORIZE
ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT FOR SERVICES WITH FRASER AND ASSOCIATES
TO PREPARE ALONG RANGE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the Town of Truckee SuccessorAgency is required to prepare a Long Range
P.roperty Management Pian; and
WHEREAS, at the July 23, 2013 Successor Agencymeeting the Successor Agency took
action to authorize entering into a contract for service with Fraser and Associates to prepare a Long
Range Property Management Plan for property owned by the former Redevelopment Agency
.......
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE.TRUCKEE SUCCESSOR AGENCY
OVERSIGHT BOARD hereby approves4he Successor Agency action to authorize entering into a
contract with Fraser andAssociates to prepare a Long Range Property Management Plan:
The foregoing Resolution was introduced by Board Member Eagan, seconded by
Board Member Ferrari, at a Regular Meeting of the Truckee Redevelopment Successor
Agency Oversight Board, held on the 19`" Day of September 2013, and adopted by the
following vote:
AYES: Board Members: Lashbrook, Ferrari,Rivera,VanGundy,Vice Chairfagan
and Chair Jones.
NAYS: None.
ABSENT: Board Member Anderson.
