Our church, Truckee Lutheran Presbyterian Church is one of a number of Truckee area
non profit organizations working along with CATT on the idea of building a "shared
space" concept building to house non profits who serve the people of Truckee.
We believe that Parcel 6 of Planned Community -3 would be an excellent fit for our
needs. The location of Parcel 6 is very good and it appears to be on a bus line allowing
easier access for many clients of these organizations.
We urge you to give consideration to this use for parcel 6 (professional /office).
