A RESOLUTION�OF THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OVERSIGHT
BOARD APPROVING THE ACTION OF THE-TOWN OF TRUCKEE SUCCESSOR
AGENCY ADOPTING RESOLUTIONS 2013-12 and 2013-13 AUTHORIZING THE
TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH EASTERN SIERRA
ENGINEERING, P.C. AND AUTHORIZING TOWN STAFF AND MATERIAL
EXPENDITURES RELATED TO BRICKELLTOWN STREETSCAPE DESIGN
WHEREAS, the Truckee Successor Agency at its November 12, 2013 meeting adopted
resolution 2013-12 authorizing the Town Manager to execute a contract with Eastern Sierra
Engineering to complete 100% design of the Brickelltown Streetscape project for a not to exceed
amount of$823,092 ; and
WHEREAS, the Truckee Successor Agency at its November 12, 2013 meeting adopted
resolution 2013-13 authorizing the use of Town staff time and material expenditures related to
Brickelltown Streetscape Design expenses in the amount of$80,000;

' NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE TOWN OF TRUCKEE SUCCESSOR
AGENCY OVERSIGHT BOARD hereby approves the action of the Truckee Redevelopment
Successor Agency to adopt resolutions 2013-12, and 2013-13.
The foregoing Resolution was inVoduced by Board Member Lashbrook, seconded by
Vice Chair Eagan, at a Regular Meeting of the Truckee Redevelopment Successor Agency
Board, held on the 12"' day of December 2012 and adopted by the following vote:
Ayes: Board Members: Tony Lashbrook, Richard Anderson, Nelson VanGundy,
Todd Rivera, Vice Chair Eagan and chair Joan deRyk Jones
Nays: None.
Absent: Dave Ferrari.
