Three bonus points will be awarded to the Qualifying Infill Project for each prior
awarded Qualifying Infill Project developed by the Applicant Entity that has received
a certificate of occupancy by the deadline for submittal of applications set forth in the
NOFA.

certificate(s) of occupancy for each completed project and label as Tab #10-c.

received a Gold or Silver designation from HCD via the Catalyst Projects for

an area that received a Gold or Silver Catalyst designation and label as Tab #10-b.
Qualifying Infill Project that has the lowest ratio between the requested grant
amount to the total allowable maximum grant calculated.
