The QIP and CIP are within the Truckee Redevelopment Agency Area. The QIP and CIP do not
demolish any existing housing units. The documentation following and in exhibit C-A-5 (PDF)
on the provided CD includes:
• The Truckee Redevelopment Agency’s Five-Year Implementation Plan (2006 – most recent
year available due to end of redevelopment at State level).
Pages III-1 through III-3 address housing and replacement housing
• From the Town of Truckee General Plan and Land Use Element Guiding Principles
• Pages 3-9 of the Downtown Specific Plan regarding mixed-use development on the site of the
QIP (referred to as the Mill Site in this document).
