The Truckee Railyard Master Plan was approved by unanimous vote of Planning Commission and Town Council on 6/18/2009.
No further land use approvals are required for projects that are consistent with the Truckee Railyard Master Plan, an adopted
Specific Plan which is consistent with the Town's General Plan. Projects do require design review and verification of consistency
with the Railyard Master Plan.
