1. CALL TO ORDER– Mayor Flora called the meeting to order at 6:16 p.m.
� 2. ROLL CALL: Council Members; Brown, deRyk Jones, Wallace Dee, and Mayor Flora.
Absent: Vice Mayor Barr. '
Staff Present: Kim Szczurek, Administrative Services Director; Dan Wilkins, Public
Works Director/Town Engineer; Andy Morris, Town Attorney; Gayle Tonon, Consulting
Attorney; and Alex Terrazas, Assistant Town Manager.

5. CLOSED SESSION
5.1 CONFERENCE �WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION - Significant
exposure to litigation pursuant to paragraph (2) of subdivision (d) of Section 54956.9:
(One case– pending claim of Simko)
Action Taken: None.
5.2 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS – Concerning price and
terms of property in the Railroad right-of-way within the Glenshire Drive widening project
area, in the State Route 89 North Railroad undercrossing (Mousehole) project area; and
the Railroad right-of-way within the Brickelltown Streetscape project area; Agency
negotiator Dan Wilkins, Public Works Director/Town Engineer, Government Code
Section 54956.8 -
Action Taken: None.
Council Member Brown recused based on proximity to the Brickelltown Project.
